Shining | Andrea & George

I love old fashioned everything.

But mostly, I love old fashioned values.

George certainly has them.

Andrea & George met in 2009 and they quickly fell head over heels, moved cities and on a brisk Friday in August, they were married.

He looked after her all day. He guided her as she walked down the stairs, made sure she wasn’t too cold and tucked loose strands of hair behind her ear. I just can’t tell you how much I loved watching him look after her.

As for the bride, well Andrea was absolutely breathtaking.

I mean, I actually stopped breathing for a second when I saw her.

Wearing her grandmother’s jewellery and her stunning Mariana Hardwick dress, she was every inch the Hollywood movie star.

Andrea could plan weddings for a living because her attention to detail was remarkable. My favourite thing…. the personalised linen napkins at the reception. LOVE!

I could shoot this wedding every week and I’d be happy. I felt so welcome, so inspired and so lucky.

Andrea & George… you have an amazing group of friends and family around you and I’m honoured I was able to be part of your wedding.

* I had the gorgeous Tess from Tess Follett Photography with me photographing this wedding and you can see her photos here.
