The Luckiest | Clare & Mick

It was like there was no one else in the room.

Just him, telling her how much he loves her.

Only there were 160 people watching Mick do his speech.

He turned to Clare and shut the rest of the world out to talk only to her. I get goosebumps even thinking about it now. It was beautiful.

One of my favourite things I learnt about these two was how they met. It was at a blue light disco and Mick was wearing tencel jeans. Yes tencel!! (Now I may be showing my age here, but boy oh boy, did I LOVE tencel jeans.) A few days after the disco, Mick's friend asked Clare to give him a score out of five. She gave him a four. Mick was a happy man and the rest, as they say....

Clare had organised some of the loveliest details... gorgeous invites, vintage trays as table centres, a flower wrapping station so guests could take the table flowers home, a typewriter guest book, jam favours and the most remarkable photo wall/photo booth.

I can't even tell you how much I loved photographing this wedding. It makes my heart happy just looking at these photos.

Clare & Mick... I hope you feel the same when you see your photos. You guys are the best. THE BEST. We'll definitely catch up very soon!
